The purpose of the MIMO (Moving In, Moving On! Application of Art-Based Methods to Social and Youth Work) project was to develop the use of art-based methods and multiprofessional cooperation in the prevention of social exclusion among young people. The use of art-based methods requires collaboration between various sectors, such as art and culture, social work, youth work and health care.

The idea of process documentation – using social media in the documentation of thoughts and experiences during the project – to support the development of multiprofessional operations emerged during the planning stage of the MIMO project. Collecting, sharing and reflecting on experiences as well as collecting information collaboratively constituted the core of process documentation plans.

The articles in this publication discuss process documentation in the MIMO project from various perspectives, such as concept definition, implementation, tools and practices as well as thoughts and emotions. The authors are MIMO project employees.
